Retreat Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing - email is preferred. Requests should contain the following information: Name, address, phone number, and retreat date.
All deposits are non-refundable and but are transferable.
No refunds can be given for "no shows."
If a cancellation is made 30 days or more in advance, you will receive a refund (excluding your deposit).
If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date no refunds will be made. Picture This Boutique & Retreats will allow you to reschedule your reservation at one of our future events, and your payment (excluding deposit) will be transferred to the new retreat date.
Please Note:  Your reservation is transferable if you find your own replacement.  Payment arrangements will need to be made between you and your replacement for reservations already paid.

The original registrant is responsible for payment in full directly to PTBR.
